Job Title: Senior Manager Commercial Finance

To lead customer contract governance, credit risk management, commercial litigation, and market intelligence across key Business Units.

Key Highlights of the Role:

• Contract Adherence: Manage end-to-end contract lifecycles, SLA compliance, commercial negotiations, and BU adherence reporting.
• Credit Risk & Due Diligence: Evaluate customer creditworthiness, build early-warning financial distress frameworks, and set credit limits.
• Litigation & Recovery: Lead commercial dispute strategies, track bad debt litigation, and minimize financial exposure.
• Competitive Benchmarking: Deliver market intelligence and competitor financial benchmarking to sharpen commercial strategy.

Requirements:

• CA /CS +Law with 8-12 years in Commercial Governance, Credit Risk, or Contract Management.
• Exposure to large-scale supply chain, logistics, infrastructure, or maritime operations preferred.
