Senior Manager - Client Servicing (Key Account Management)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and retention.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive business growth.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from initial consultation to placement, ensuring timely communication with clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling US Staffing services.

Job Requirements :

• 10-20 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, or related field.
• Proven track record in managing high-volume client accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent People Management Skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of the US IT Staffing industry, including current trends and regulations.
