Senior manager - Client engagement Channel

Role & responsibilities

• Acquire and develop relationships with HNI, UHNI and Family Office clients.
• Drive new client acquisition through direct outreach, networking and referrals.
• Understand client investment objectives, financial needs and risk profiles.
• Present suitable investment solutions across Mutual Funds, PMS and AIF.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients.
• Drive cross-selling and upselling to increase share of wallet and revenue.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide relevant investment updates.
• Identify new business opportunities through client networks and industry circles.
• Share market insights, trends and relevant product information with clients.
• Ensure timely and high-quality client servicing.
• Maintain accurate client documentation, records and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

• 815 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, AMC, Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Private Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong experience handling HNI/UHNI clients.
• Proven experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
• Good understanding of Mutual Funds, PMS and AIF.
• Strong business development, cross-selling and upselling capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Client-focused and service-oriented approach.
• Strong understanding of financial products and investment solutions.
