Senior Manager-CIVIL

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of civil projects including demolition, redevelopment, fit-outs, expansions, and facility modifications across all of our projects.
• Prepare BOQs, review drawings, and validate vendor quotations.
• Ensure timely project completion through regular site supervision.
• Monitor contractor performance, quality, and safety compliance.
• Drive cost optimization through efficient planning and material reuse.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Design, Admin) and external consultants for smooth execution.
• Resolve site-level issues and support statutory approvals and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with hard services teams for utilities and infrastructure requirements.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Strong hands-on site execution and QA experience with strong IS-code knowledge.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in industrial or commercial civil projects.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of utilities such as STP, ETP, Boiler, HVAC preferred
