Senior Manager - Category Management

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement category management strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across beauty & personal care categories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate contracts with suppliers, manage inventory levels, and optimize product assortment.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform purchasing decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers, vendors, internal customers to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Job Requirements :

• 6-12 years of experience in Category Management or related field within FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of beauty & personal care products such as cosmetics, hair care, perfumes etc. .
• Proven track record in developing successful negotiation skills for supplier agreements.
