Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end project phases, from initial planning to execution and handover. - Collaborate with business, IT, and third-party vendors to support strategic priorities. - Develop in-depth knowledge of business processes to effectively communicate with stakeholders. - Produce comprehensive documentation to ensure continuity post-engagement. - Facilitate training sessions and knowledge transfer to BAU teams. Qualifications: - 6-8+ years of experience in business analysis and process improvement within financial services, preferably investment management. - Proven track record in consulting, especially within "Big 4" or similar organizations. - Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to resolve complex problems. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio, with a knack for utilizing AI tools for efficiency.
