Senior Manager - Business Human Resources

• Act as HRBP for warehouse operations, partnering closely with Operations Managers and Shift In-charges
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of blue-collar and white-collar employees (hiring, onboarding, engagement, exit)
• Support bulk hiring and workforce planning in coordination with Talent Acquisition
• Drive attendance, shift management, and manpower productivity tracking
