Senior Manager, Business Development (EMS)

We're Hiring: Business Development, Senior Manager

Candidates with a strong background in the EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry are highly preferred.

Location: Pathum Thani, Thailand

Job Summary: Lead business development activities by identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the company's strategic expansion within the manufacturing/EMS industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strong in lead generation, new customer acquisition, and developing new business opportunities.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
3. Conduct market intelligence and Risk & Opportunity Analysis (ROA).
4. Coordinate RFQs, prepare proposals, and support contract negotiations.
5. Drive business growth through exhibitions, networking, and marketing activities.
6. Prepare business reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
7. Lead project teams and mentor team members.
8. Generate qualified leads and successfully convert them into new business opportunities.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or a related field.
2. 10+ years of business development experience in manufacturing; EMS experience preferred.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
5. Excellent English communication skills.
6. Open to all nationalities; visa sponsorship is available.
