Role & responsibilities

Drive business development for Specialty Chemicals, Electronic Chemicals, Fine Chemicals, APIs, Pharmaceutical Intermediates, and Custom Manufacturing (CDMO/CRAMS).
Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Build and manage strategic relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
Lead techno-commercial discussions, pricing, negotiations, and contract closures.
Work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, QA, and Supply Chain teams to support product commercialization and business growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
1015 years of experience in business development within the specialty chemicals industry.
Mandatory exposure to Electronic Chemicals.
Strong understanding of Specialty Chemicals, High Purity Chemicals, APIs, Pharmaceutical Intermediates, or CDMO/CRAMS.
Proven experience in domestic and international B2B business development, strategic account management, and commercial negotiations.
