Website - https://www.impactguru.com/about-us Job Responsibilities: Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Mumbai. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new healthcare partners—including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers—and nurturing long-term relationships to drive patient loan referrals and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, and partners to generate leads Guide fundraisers in creating compelling campaign pages, including storytelling, documentation, and structuring Drive campaign success by advising on outreach strategies across social media, WhatsApp, and email Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer success) to optimize campaign performance Track and manage daily funnel metrics: leads, conversions, funds raised, and campaign success rate Provide continuous support to fundraisers to maximize visibility and donations Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity in the crowdfunding space Key Requirements 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Customer Success / Partnerships Prior experience in startups, healthcare, fintech, or social impact domains is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of empathy Ability to handle sensitive conversations with patients and families Highly result-oriented with a strong ownership mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools is a plus What We’re Looking For Hustle-driven individuals who can take ownership end-to-end Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills Ability to balance emotional intelligence with business outcomes Someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment Why Join Us Opportunity to create real social impact at scale Fast-paced startup environment with high ownership Exposure to healthcare, fundraising, and digital growth strategies High learning curve with cross-functional collaboration
