Senior Manager - BD (Commercial)

New Store / Renewal Stores IRR Validation and Approval

• Evaluate New Store IRR received from Regional Managers & Regional Commercial Managers
• Validate the Commercial Terms from Business Development Managers on IRR
• Evaluate the Commercial feasibility of Cluster P & L in line with internal benchmarks
• Validate the IRR and PFR and Submit the same Business Development Head for approval.
• Validating Capex from Project Head and sharing revised proposals for Approvals.

New Store / Renewal Stores Agreements / Documentation Closure:

• Evaluate / Draft the Term Sheet for New Store basis the approved terms.
• Coordinate / Discuss with RBD / Legal team for agreement closure and execution.
• Renewal Stores Agreement / Addendum to the existing stores in lines to the business changes.
• Validation of all commercial clauses in the Term sheet.
• Co-ordination with Legal to clear out any bottlenecks in Agreements.

Existing Store Refits and Renovations

• Validation of commercial and business case for Store Refits, based on the store investments done and book value of existing assets.
• Maintaining record and updating senior Management for refit stores -Lease available ,side letters and supplementary agreements.
• Evaluate the Commercial and Business feasibility for Store Renovations with respect to internal benchmarks of Store P & L and payback planned

New Store and Existing Store Capex Controls and Regulation:

• Evaluate New Store Capex planned and document cost over runs or underutilization, with validation and approvals with relevant business case .
• Evaluate the Existing Store Refits Capex and Renovation Capex , and document cost over runs or underutilization with validation and approvals with relevant business case .

Documentation and MIS

• Maintaining of MIS information pertaining to the NSO through his team.
• Maintaining and timely updating of the NSO DETAILS PFR/Due Diligence Reports /IRR Etc at the Corporate office.
• Supporting the Audit and Compliance requirements as needed.
