Senior Manager back office operations

Lead end-to-end operations, ensure RBI/legal compliance, manage risks and controls, optimize budgets, drive process improvements and automation, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead the operations team to achieve efficiency and business goals.

Required Candidate profile

10+ years’ operations exp., 5+ years in leadership. Strong RBI compliance, strategy, MIS, process automation, quality/change management, analytics, stakeholder management, team leadership skills.
