Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional for the role of Senior Manager / AVP Business Planning & Analysis. The individual will work closely with business leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
The role requires strong operational expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, process excellence, and the ability to generate actionable business insights through data.Key Responsibilities:
Business Performance Management
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess overall business health.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Conduct field visits to understand customer needs and identify on-ground sales challenges.
- Develop and implement strategies to address issues and improve sales effectiveness.
- Lead and execute ad-hoc strategic initiatives aligned with organisational priorities.
- Work cross-functionally to solve complex business problems and support decision-making.Business Reporting
- Own and manage regular reporting cadence (daily, weekly, monthly business reviews).
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reports and dashboards.Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Sales Managers (SM), Zonal Managers (ZM) and corporate leaders to drive business objectives.
- Present insights, recommendations, and business updates in a clear and concise manner.Presentation & Communication
- Prepare high-quality presentations for leadership reviews and strategic discussions.
- Translate complex data into compelling business narratives.
Education & Experience
- CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in Business Planning, analytics, consulting and related roles.
- Challenging and impactful work in financial planning and analysis.
