Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyse business KPIs, trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct field visits to understand customer needs and identify on-ground sales challenges.
- Lead strategic initiatives and support cross-functional business problem-solving.
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly business reporting and dashboards.
- Partner with Sales Managers, Zonal Managers, and corporate leadership to drive business objectives.
- Prepare leadership presentations and translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Skills and Qualifications:
- CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
- 4 - 9 years of relevant experience in Business Planning, Analytics, Consulting, or related roles.
- People coming from services background would be preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
