Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager - Wind Turbine Sales

We are looking for an experienced Wind Turbine Sales professional at the Senior Manager / AGM level to drive local sales and business development for wind turbine projects across Karnataka.
The ideal candidate should have strong, established relationships within the Karnataka wind-energy ecosystem, including wind developers, IPPs, C&I customers, EPC companies, land aggregators and other key local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive direct sales of wind turbines / WTGs / wind projects across Karnataka.
• Leverage and grow existing relationships with a)Wind IPPs and developers, b)C&I/CPP customers, c)Renewable-energy investors EPC companies, d)Landowners/land aggregators, f)DISCOM/KREDL and other relevant local stakeholders.
• Understanding of Karnatakas wind-resource areas, particularly Chitradurga, Tumakuru, Gadag, Koppal, Ballari, Vijayapura, Bagalkot and Raichur.
• Familiarity with SECI, KREDL, open access, captive/group captive and merchant wind projects.
• Experience negotiating WTG supply agreements, commercial terms, payment security, commissioning schedules and O&M contracts.
• Proven ability to generate a sales pipeline independently rather than relying only on company-generated leads.
