About the Role We are currently hiring for Senior Manager - Analytics to enhance our digital transformation journey. Please refer the below position details.

Responsibilities

• Drive KPI visibility and improvement across all business functions through a unified analytics platform and reporting framework.
• Develop and maintain enterprise KPI dashboards (Power BI); ensure data integrity, accuracy and consistency across all functions.
• Analyze and interpret cross-functional KPIs to identify improvement opportunities; conduct root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Build models for forecasting, scenario analysis, benchmarking and decision support; provide business-case and financial analysis.
• Guide and involve Analytics & AI solution development; validate outputs against operational reality and translate results into business recommendations.
• Define and govern the enterprise data and analytics roadmap in alignment with organizational strategy and digital priorities.
• Establish data governance, quality standards and best practices across functions to ensure a single source of truth.
• Lead, mentor and develop the team; manage stakeholders, drive adoption and build analytics capability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience: - 8+ Years
• Education: - MBA in Business, Operations or Data Analytics; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology or a related field; certifications in Analytics/BI or PMP preferred.

Required Skills

• Technical: Enterprise Analytics – Microsoft Platforms (Data Lake; Azure – ADF, ADLS & Databricks), BI tools (Power BI), Data modeling and scenario planning, ERP (SAP S/4HANA), and AI/ML awareness.
• Tools: Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI and Python.
• Leadership: Analytical and structured problem-solving, business-to-technical translation, stakeholder management, change management, and an Agile approach.

Preferred Skills
