Senior Manager - AGM

We are looking for a seasoned technology leader with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 to drive cloud strategy, enterprise architecture, and large-scale transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership experience across Microsoft platforms, cloud transformation, operations, governance, security, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the Azure and Microsoft 365 strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
• Lead enterprise cloud transformation, migration, and modernization initiatives.
• Manage enterprise-scale Azure IaaS/PaaS deployments and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Drive security, compliance, identity management, governance, and best practices.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and disaster recovery across cloud environments.
• Manage vendors, OEMs, and internal teams for delivery and operations.
• Drive automation, optimization, budgeting, licensing, and cost control across the Microsoft stack.

Requirements:

• 20+ years of experience in IT infrastructure/cloud.
• 8-10+ years of experience in Azure and Microsoft 365 leadership roles.
• Proven experience in enterprise cloud transformation and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience managing large teams and multi-vendor environments.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, governance, and enterprise IT.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and business alignment skills.
• BE / BTech / MCA or equivalent; Microsoft certifications are preferred.
