Senior Manager/ AGM - NRI Sales

Position : Senior Manager/ AGM - NRI Sales (Sourcing & Closing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert NRI leads through digital channels, referrals, channel partners, and direct outreach.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to booking and closure.
• Conduct virtual sales presentations and provide investment advisory to NRI customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with NRI clients, HNIs, overseas channel partners, and property consultants.
• Coordinate with Legal, CRM, Finance, and Sales Administration teams for seamless documentation, collections, and post-sales support.
• Drive channel partner engagement to increase lead generation and sales.
• Support NRI marketing initiatives, webinars, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, and MIS reports.
• Achieve monthly sales, booking, and collection targets.

Requirements:

• 10 to 16 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in NRI or luxury residential sales.
• Strong sourcing and closing capabilities with a proven sales track record.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable working with international clients across different time zones.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and overseas sales events, as required.
