Hiring Senior Manager / AGM - Accounts & Finance

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the overall finance and accounting function, ensuring financial controls, statutory compliance, reporting, budgeting, taxation, audits, cash flow, and financial planning are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Manage preparation of financial statements, MIS, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor accounts payable, receivable, cash flow, banking, and working capital.
• Review and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.
• Coordinate with statutory, internal, tax, and other auditors.
• Handle taxation matters, assessments, reconciliations, and statutory filings.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
• Manage budgeting, variance analysis, cost control, and financial planning.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team.
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7-15+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, audit, and compliance.
• Experience in budgeting, MIS, cash-flow management, and working capital.
• Strong leadership, analytical, decision-making, and team-management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and MS Excel.
