We have an urgent opening for the position of Senior Manager in Agency Vertical in one of the leading Life Insurance Company.

• Handling a team of 3 to 5 Area Managers and Branch Managers.
• Ensuring better delivery, quality, and overall operating relationship of the company.
• To monitor Product Mix/Riders so that branch profitability is maintained.
• Formulating business development plans to achieve business targets.
• Maximizing customer satisfaction level, monitoring customer complaints and providing efficient services.
• Preparing MIS of team members and keep a track of their performances.
• Developing and sustaining the existing network of esteemed financial consultants and clients.
• Ensure the activation of old financial consultant drive team for continuous recruitment of new financial consultants.
• Optimising sales methods to best acquire, develop and retain customers.
