Senior Manager Adobe Analytics (AJO, CJA, AEP)

Role Overview

Factspan is seeking an accomplished Leader Adobe Experience Cloud to lead

large-scale digital marketing, customer data and personalisation programs for a leading

US retailer. The role requires strong expertise across Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe

Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target, Customer Journey Analytics and

associated MarTech capabilities.

The candidate will combine delivery leadership, solution architecture, stakeholder

management and team development while ensuring measurable business outcomes

across customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty, conversion and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Adobe Experience Cloud programs across AJO, AEP,

Target and CJA.

• Lead program planning, architecture governance, estimation, staffing, execution,

risk management and executive reporting.

• Define roadmaps for customer data, identity, journey orchestration,

experimentation, personalisation and marketing analytics.

• Guide teams in designing XDM schemas, datasets, identities, merge policies,

audiences, destinations and real-time customer profiles.

• Oversee AJO journeys, campaigns, channel configurations, consent,

suppression, frequency capping, decisioning and offer management.

• Drive Adobe Target experimentation, recommendations, experience targeting

and optimisation strategies.

• Establish CJA measurement frameworks covering journey performance,

campaign effectiveness, attribution, conversion and customer behaviour.

• Partner with marketing, product, data engineering, analytics, privacy and platform

teams to translate business priorities into scalable solutions.

• Lead retail use cases including cart abandonment, loyalty, customer reactivation,

back-in-stock, replenishment, next-best offer and omnichannel engagement.

• Ensure strong release governance, QA, observability, production support,

incident management and continuous improvement.

• Manage delivery teams across architects, developers, data engineers, analysts,

campaign specialists and QA professionals.

• Mentor team leads, build Adobe capability, support hiring and create reusable

delivery frameworks and best practices.

• Manage client relationships, delivery commitments, financial performance,

utilisation and account growth opportunities.

Required Expertise

• 10+ years in MarTech, digital transformation, customer data or analytics

programs.

• Strong leadership experience across Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.

• Deep understanding of AJO, AEP, RT-CDP, Target and CJA.

• Proven experience delivering enterprise retail or e-commerce programs.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, governance and consulting

skills.

• Experience managing global and distributed delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Adobe certifications, experience with GCP, BigQuery, SQL, Python, APIs, Web SDK,

Mobile SDK, Agile delivery and AI-enabled marketing transformation are highly

desirable.
