About this role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Accounts to join our team at K RAHEJA CORP REAL ESTATE PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibility - Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses, and provide insights to senior management.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and recommend strategic decisions.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external auditors, bankers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, including tax laws and financial reporting obligations.
- Lead and manage a team of accountants and finance professionals, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Excel, QuickBooks, or similar tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Experience working in a real estate company or similar industry is preferred.
