Reports To: Executive Director and FRD

Experience: 15+ years in Major Donor Fundraising, Wealth Management, Family Office Advisory, or Business Development

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Major Gifts Consultant to drive major funding initiatives, engage with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and family offices, and support domestic individual philanthropy for systemic climate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Map and engage HNI networks and Indian family offices.
• Develop donor engagement strategies and cultivate major donor relationships.
• Advise philanthropists on high-impact giving strategies.
• Build donor-specific proposals and impact reports in collaboration with internal teams.
• Coordinate donor visits and field immersion programs across India.
• Ensure all funding aligns with Greenpeace s ethical fundraising principles.

What We re Looking For

• 15+ years of experience in major donor fundraising, wealth management, family office advisory, or high-level business development.
• Strong HNI engagement, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience navigating high-stakes environments and engaging with senior wealth holders.
• Excellent strategic communication and storytelling abilities.
• Deep alignment with environmental protection, social justice, and ethical fundraising.
• Willingness to travel regularly across India.
