Senior Maintenance Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day maintenance and engineering operations across the hospital.
• Ensure uninterrupted functioning of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other utility systems.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Supervise the maintenance team, contractors, and external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with hospital safety standards and applicable statutory requirements.
• Monitor maintenance budgets, inventory, equipment performance, and breakdown reports.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in maintenance and engineering management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, medical gas pipelines, DG sets, lifts, and other hospital utilities.
• Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance, vendor management, and team supervision.
• Knowledge of safety standards, statutory compliance, and maintenance documentation.
