Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Executive to manage the maintenance and upkeep of our stores and kitchen facilities. The role will be responsible for ensuring equipment, electrical systems, facilities, and infrastructure are maintained efficiently with minimum operational downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle preventive and corrective maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment such as fryers, proofers, mixers, conveyors, refrigeration units and coffee machines.
• Manage electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil and general facility maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot equipment/facility-related issues.
• Ensure fire safety equipment, emergency exits and other safety requirements are maintained.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely repairs and maintenance.
• Support new store setup, renovation and maintenance activities.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed with minimum disruption to business operations.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical or related technical field.
• 4–7 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Experience in QSR, Food Retail, Hospitality, FMCG or Commercial Kitchen is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with commercial kitchen equipment will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and general civil maintenance.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations/tasks and work under pressure.
