Senior Maintenance Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Ensure optimal performance of CNC machines, VMCs, and hobbing machines by performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
• Troubleshoot issues with machinery malfunctions and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production team members to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and implement changes to increase efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation of maintenance procedures, schedules, and records.

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in senior maintenance engineering role in an auto components industry.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machines, VMCs, and hobbing machines operation and maintenance principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems using problem-solving skills.
