Senior Logistics Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the logistics department, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products to customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to inventory management, stock handling, and manpower allocation.
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient use of resources, minimizing costs, and improving customer satisfaction.
• Analyze performance metrics such as PNL (Profit & Loss) statements to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 18-24 years of experience in manufacturing or automotive industry with expertise in operations management.
• Strong decision-making skills with ability to analyze complex data sets.
• Excellent people management skills with experience in team leadership roles.
• Proficiency in Kannada language is required.
