Senior Logistics Executive | Immediate Joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics and transportation activities.
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, customers and internal teams.
• Plan and track shipments, deliveries and material movements.
• Prepare and maintain logistics-related documents and records.
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve transportation issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.
• Track logistics costs and support cost optimization.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with logistics processes.
• Monitor transporter performance and follow up on pending deliveries.
• Prepare regular logistics reports and MIS.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation operations.
• Experience in shipment planning and tracking.
• Good vendor and transporter coordination skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Ability to handle multiple logistics activities independently.
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
