Senior Liaison Officer

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and obtain approvals from municipal, state, and central government authorities, including building plan sanctions, occupancy certificates, environmental clearances, fire approvals, and utility connections.
• Maintain effective relationships with government departments, regulatory authorities, civic bodies, and local administration.
• Represent the company during inspections, hearings, and official meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of documents and smooth project execution.
• Facilitate approvals related to land acquisition, infrastructure development, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Liaise with legal teams on land records, registrations, notices, and regulatory matters.
• Coordinate with local Police Stations, Traffic Authorities, and other administrative bodies concerning project sites.
• Monitor regulatory developments, resolve site-related issues, identify risks, and provide regular status updates to management.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline; relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
• 515 years of experience in liaisoning, preferably in the real estate, infrastructure, construction, or related sectors.
• Good understanding of statutory approvals, land regulations, and government processes.
• Established relationships with government departments and regulatory authorities will be preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with reputed real estate developers, infrastructure companies, or similar organizations will be an advantage.
