Senior Legal Manager

• • • Own and drive the end-to-end contracting lifecycle, including drafting agreements from scratch, reviewing and redlining counterparty templates, leading negotiations, and ensuring timely closure aligned with business objectives.
    • Provide proactive legal advisory on new business initiatives, product launches, and strategic projects, ensuring legal and regulatory risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated prior to go-live. Advise on regulatory and compliance matters under applicable laws.
    • Support and execute corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, investments, and corporate restructurings.
    • Act as the legal partner to the HR team on employment-related matters
    • Partner closely with business teams to anticipate legal risks and develop pragmatic, business-aligned solutions.
    • Engage, manage, and coordinate with external counsel for specialized matters, including due diligence and complex advisory.
    • Monitor regulatory developments, interpret implications for the business, and proactively recommend policy and process enhancements.
    • Drive continuous improvement in contract lifecycle management, compliance monitoring frameworks, and overall risk management processes.
    
    
    Educational Qualification: LLB / LLM in Law
    Years of Experience (Minimum & Maximum) : 5-8 years of experience
    
    
    • Preferred industry IT/ E-commerce industry
    • Dedicated and persuasive.
