Senior Legal Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage IP portfolio of the company, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Negotiate licensing agreements with third parties to secure optimal terms for the company's products or services.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for protecting intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in IP management, licensing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of intellectual property rights (patents, trademarks, copyrights) and their application in various industries.
• Excellent negotiation skills with ability to draft clear and concise contracts.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
