Senior Legal Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic legal guidance to the organization on corporate affairs, regulatory compliance, and litigation matters.
• Draft and review complex agreements, including lease deeds, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Ensure timely compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the real estate sector.
• Manage relationships with external counselors, government agencies, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes and negotiate settlements.

Job Requirements :

• 15-25 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry or related field.
• Strong expertise in corporate advisory services, including corporate governance, risk management, and secretarial functions.
• Excellent drafting skills for preparing high-quality legal documents such as lease deeds, contracts, and agreements.
• Proven track record of ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
