Senior Legal Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Sr. Executive - Legal

Location: Mumbai | Reporting to: Head Legal, Secretarial, Governance & ESG

1. Provide day-to-day legal support to the business and various functions.
2. Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, NDAs, vendor/customer contracts, leases and other legal documents.
3. Handle and coordinate real estate matters, including leases, licenses, property documentation and related due diligence.
4. Assist in managing litigation, disputes, notices and matters before courts/authorities, including coordination with external counsel.
5. Support non-litigation matters, including legal opinions, corporate/business requirements and regulatory matters.
6. Advise on IPR, confidentiality, data protection and technology-related legal matters.
7. Support employee-related legal matters, including employment documentation, disciplinary matters and HR-related legal issues.
8. Conduct legal research and provide practical legal inputs to business and functional teams.
9. Maintain legal records and support effective contract and litigation management.

Candidate Profile

1. LL.B. mandatory.
2. Working experience in law firms
3. 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate/in-house legal environment.
4. Good drafting and contract review skills with practical exposure to litigation and non-litigation matters.
5. Exposure to real estate, IPR and employment-related legal matters.
6. Strong communication, legal research and analytical skills.
7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple matters and interact effectively with business teams and external counsel.
8. Strong attention to detail, ownership and commercial orientation.
