Senior Legal Counsel

We are looking for an experienced and capable Lawyer to join our Legal Department. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in DRT cases, CIBIL matters, Revenue matters, Land and Property-related legal issues and litigation management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Independently handle and monitor DRT cases and other litigation matters.

* Manage CIBIL-related disputes, notices and legal proceedings.

* Handle Revenue, Land and Property-related cases, documentation and proceedings.

* Draft and review legal notices, replies, petitions, applications, agreements and other legal documents.

* Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants, government authorities and internal departments.

* Monitor ongoing cases, court/tribunal proceedings and ensure timely follow-up.

* Maintain proper records, case status and litigation reports.

* Provide legal advice to management on ongoing and potential legal matters.

* Handle legal matters across multiple locations and travel as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

* LLB / LLM from a recognized university.

* 1015 years of relevant legal experience.

* Strong hands-on experience in DRT matters and litigation.

* Good knowledge of CIBIL, Revenue, Land and Property-related laws and procedures.

* Strong legal drafting, documentation and communication skills.

* Ability to independently manage multiple legal matters and cases.

* Experience in coordinating with advocates, courts, tribunals and government authorities will be preferred.

* Candidate should be willing to relocate anywhere in India as per business requirements.

* Bhopal-based candidates will be preferred.

* Willingness to travel across India whenever required.
