Senior Legal Counsel

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic guidance on IP portfolio management, litigation, and licensing agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing effective intellectual property strategies across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential risks and opportunities related to intellectual property rights, providing recommendations for mitigation or exploitation.
• Develop strong relationships with external partners, including law firms, consultants, and other industry experts.

Job Requirements :

• 14-25 years of experience in Media & entertainment sector as a Senior Legal Counsel or similar role.
• Strong expertise in IP management, litigation management, and contract negotiations.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage high-performing teams remotely.
