Senior Legal Counsel

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide legal guidance on contractual matters related to IT services and consulting projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Conduct due diligence reviews of contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigating them.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in contract drafting, review, or negotiation in an IT services or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of commercial law, including contract formation, interpretation, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating clear and concise legal documents.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
