Job Purpose:

Drive enterprise-wide learning initiatives by owning end-to-end learning programs that build organizational capability and deliver measurable business outcomes. Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps, design scalable learning solutions, leverage AI-enabled workflows, and execute strategic learning programs that enhance employee performance, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness across global teams

• You have 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Learning Program Management, or a closely related Program/Product Management role.

• You have successfully owned enterprise learning programs end-to-endfrom identifying business needs and defining strategy to implementation, measurement, and executive reporting. • You excel in translating business challenges into impactful learning solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• You have hands-on experience designing learning experiences using adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and AI-assisted content creation tools.
• You are proficient with learning technologies such as LMS platforms, Articulate Rise/Storyline, SCORM/xAPI, and modern digital learning tools.
• You have experience building measurement frameworks using assessments, learner feedback, engagement metrics, and evaluation models such as Kirkpatrick.

• You are comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where priorities evolve frequently and require independent decision-making.

• You possess excellent stakeholder management skills and can confidently collaborate with senior business leaders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams across global time zones.

• You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present executive-ready reports and recommendations.
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent programs with minimal supervision

• You are willing to work consistently during US Eastern business hours.
