Hiring: Senior Learning Consultant (B2C Sales EdTech Only)
Location: Baner, Pune
Experience: 1 - 6 Years

Role Overview:
We are looking for high-performing B2C sales professionals from the
EdTech industry who have a strong track record in consultative selling and closing. You will drive enrollments for UG degree programs by guiding learners through their decision-making journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end sales: lead engagement counseling conversion
• Understand learner goals and recommend relevant UG programs
• Conduct calls, demos, and follow-ups to close deals
• Manage pipeline via CRM tools (Salesforce / LeadSquared / NoPaperForms)
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
Mandatory Requirements (Apply ONLY if you meet these):
1-6 years B2C Sales experience in EdTech (mandatory)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets (closures-driven role)
Strong communication, objection handling & negotiation skills
Experience selling online degree/upskilling programs preferred
Comfortable with high-volume calling & fast-paced environment
