Senior Leadership Hiring Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the recruitment process for senior-level positions within the organization, ensuring effective talent acquisition and retention.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to attract top candidates, leveraging industry networks and resources.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 18-25 years of experience in executive hiring, leadership hiring, or senior level hiring.
• Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles at all levels of an organization.
• Strong understanding of current market trends and competitive landscape in the IT services & consulting industry.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
