Senior Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain large-scale Java-based applications using Spring Boot framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure high-quality code by writing unit tests, integrating with CI/CD pipelines, and following best practices for coding standards.
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

Job Requirements :

• 12-15 years of experience in software development with expertise in Java programming language.
• Strong understanding of microservice-based architecture principles and their implementation using various technologies (e.g., APIs).
• Proficiency in UI technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (including frameworks like ReactJS or AngularJS).
• Experience working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
