Senior / Lead Tariff Analyst

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel functions andpivot tables.
• Understanding of relational database conceptsand familiarity with SQL.
• Basic to intermediate Python programmingconcepts and hands-on experience.
• Experience in automating workflows using Python.
• Leadership abilities: Ability to guide andmentor juniors in Python automation analysis, choice of tools and techniques.
• Ability to lead teams to deliver high-qualitydeliverables on time.
• Good Analytical & Logical skills.
• Demonstrable aptitude for Innovation &Problem solving.
• Good communication skills & ability to workacross Cross-functional teams.
• Understand complex data relationships andtransform the same into data models.
• Any prior experience in handling Utilitytariffs, rates and programs is an added advantage.
• Participates in sprint planning & otherceremonies, passionately works towards fulfilling the committed sprint goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience & Knowledge with tools like;Microsoft Excel macros, Power query
• Experience in Energy Industry & familiarwith basic concepts of Utility (electrical/gas...) tariffs is a plus
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skillswith prior experience in collaboration with multiple teams, leading andfront-ending tasks/teams by interacting with the customer.
• Familiarity with writing programs using Pythonor Shell scripts.
• Passionate about working with data and dataanalyses.
• 1+year experience in Agile methodology.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for Communicating &Co-ordinating with Delivery team
• Assist delivery team in validating the inputdata received from client for modelling work.
• Work with Cross functional teams to resolveissues in the Modelling tool.
• Responsible for Maintaining the tariff modelswith timely updates for price, logic or other enhancements as per clientrequirement.
• Build and deliver compellingdemonstrations/visualizations of products
• Be a lifelong learner and develop your skillscontinuously
• Contribute to the success of a rapidly growingand evolving organization
• Should be able to work independently with India& US based team members.
• Strong verbal and written communication withability to articulate problems and solutions over phone and emails.
