Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end sort centre and warehouse operations.
• Oversee shipment processing, sorting, dispatch, and productivity.
• Lead teams and manage manpower planning to achieve operational targets.
• Monitor automation processes, equipment utilization, and process improvements.
• Ensure timely dispatches, quality standards, and safety compliance.

Requirements:

• 2–7 years of experience in warehouse or sort centre operations.
• Experience in logistics/e-commerce and warehouse automation.
• Strong team management and operational skills.
