Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 8-12 years of experience in designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Oracle Database, and end-to-end software development lifecycle practices. Additionally, the candidate must have strong functional knowledge of Collections and Debt Management Systems (DMS) & Legal Collection within the BFSI/NBFC domain and experience working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Oracle Database.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with quality, security, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with business users, product owners, architects, QA teams, and vendors.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Participate in project planning, estimations, sprint activities, and release management.
- Prepare technical documentation, design documents, KT materials, and operational runbooks.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve application stability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, coding standards, and governance processes.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 8-10 years of experience in enterprise application development.
- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java (Java 8 or above).
- Strong hands-on experience in Spring Boot.
- Strong hands-on experience in Spring MVC.
- Strong hands-on experience in RESTful API Development.
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Database (SQL & PL/SQL).
- Strong hands-on experience in Hibernate/JPA.
- Strong hands-on experience in Microservices Architecture.
- Strong understanding of application performance tuning and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations and third-party system interfaces.
- Collections Domain Expertise.
- Must be able to think beyond obvious and find out innovative ways to deliver in tight timelines and chaotic environments.
- Provide required support and inputs to the team members. Ensure that the Companystandards and procedures are being followed across process.
