Senior Lead Software Developer - Networking platform

We are looking for a skilled Senior Lead Software Developer with 12+ years of experience to lead the development of networking platforms in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Embedded Linux, Linux Kernel, Device Drivers, Broadcom XGS/DNX ASICs, C/C++, Yocto, BIOS/BMC, and networking platforms.

• Design, develop, and test embedded networking platforms using Embedded Linux and Linux Kernel.
• Develop device drivers for various hardware interfaces and peripherals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate networking platforms with other systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex networking issues using secure coding practices.
• Implement Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for networking platforms.

• Strong knowledge of Embedded Linux, Linux Kernel, Device Drivers, and networking platforms.
• Experience with Yocto, BIOS/BMC, and secure coding practices is required.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills are necessary.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and version control systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred.
