Job Role

The Senior Lead SAP CAR Assortment Planning will be responsible for delivering SAP implementation activities within the functional stream, leveraging SAP CAR and retail planning expertise. The role involves supporting solution design, build, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality solution delivery aligned with business requirements and project standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute SAP CAR-related functional activities during design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
• Support assortment planning requirements and coordinate with allocation and replenishment processes.
• Prepare and align relevant SAP CAR foundations, including POSDTA concepts, to support retail planning requirements.
• Coordinate with third-party systems and e-commerce data integration requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solution delivery.
• Support issue resolution, enhancements, and performance improvements.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and deployment materials.
• Support SIT/UAT, cutover readiness, and implementation activities.
• Apply SAP S/4HANA Retail template knowledge to align solutions with business requirements.
• Leverage knowledge of retail analytics, forecasting, replenishment, and master data governance.
• Understand integration concepts involving SAP CPI/BTP, IDocs, and OData.
