About this role
Job Role : Sr/Lead React Developer
Location : Bengaluru ( Bengaluru-based candidates only )
Package : 16 to 32 LPA
Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days
Please Note : Banking Domain Mandatory
Minimum Eligibility (Mandatory & Non-Negotiable):
• Minimum 60% throughout academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation)
• 4 to 10 years of experience
• Qualification: BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / MSc (CS,IT)
Key Skills :
• React.js & React Native
• JavaScript (ES6+) & TypeScript
• HTML5 / CSS3
• iOS & Android Application Development
• RESTful APIs & Third-Party Integrations
• Mobile App Architecture & Performance Optimization
• Native Modules & Platform Integrations
• State Management & Modern React Practices
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead and mentor React Native developers
• Architect, develop and maintain scalable applications
• Build pixel-perfect, high-performance UI/UX
• Manage App Store & Google Play Store releases
• Collaborate with UI/UX, Backend, QA and Product teams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely sprint delivery
• Drive code quality, technical discussions and knowledge sharing
