Senior Lead - Marketing and Growth

About the Role

Think Design is looking for a Senior Lead - Marketing & Growth to strengthen the firm's visibility, thought leadership and business growth.

This role will shape how Think Design's expertise, work and perspectives are positioned, discovered and valued by clients, prospects and the broader design and business community. The role combines brand positioning, thought leadership, digital marketing, content strategy and growth initiatives to build market influence and generate opportunities for the business.

Key Responsibilities

Thought Leadership & Positioning

• Drive Think Design's thought leadership agenda and market positioning.
• Develop articles, reports, case studies, viewpoints and other content that showcases the firm's expertise.
• Build visibility for Think Design's leaders, work and perspectives across industry and business audiences.
• Strengthen the firm's differentiation within the experience design, digital transformation and innovation landscape.

Website & Digital Presence

• Own the strategy and evolution of Think Design's website.
• Ensure the website reflects the firm's capabilities, offerings and market positioning.
• Improve discoverability, engagement and conversion through content and experience improvements.

Marketing Channels & Growth

• Lead Think Design's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Google Business Profile, newsletters and relevant industry directories.
• Drive SEO, GEO and digital marketing initiatives, including Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Develop campaigns that increase awareness, engagement and qualified inbound opportunities.
• Track performance and optimise marketing effectiveness across channels.

Content & Business Development Assets

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of case studies, capability decks, credentials presentations and other market-facing assets.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all external communications and marketing materials.

Industry Visibility

• Lead Think Design's awards and recognition programme.
• Identify opportunities across conferences, publications, partnerships and industry platforms.
• Amplify key achievements, research, projects and organisational milestones through targeted campaigns.

What We're Looking For

Required

• 8-12 years of experience in marketing, brand, growth, communications or related roles.
• Strong experience in thought leadership, content strategy and brand positioning.
• Experience managing websites, digital channels and content-led growth initiatives.
• Excellent storytelling, writing and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into compelling market-facing narratives.
• Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred

• Experience in design consulting, experience design, innovation consulting, digital transformation or professional services.
• Experience creating case studies, credentials and business development assets.
• Familiarity with SEO, GEO, LinkedIn marketing and performance-driven digital campaigns.
• Experience leading awards, recognition and industry visibility initiatives.
