• Conducting pre audit checks on monthly basis as per the audit checklist requirement
• Implement and ensure adherence to client Compliance requirements
• Develop audit checklist basis on contractual documents
• Actively participating in client meetings / governance forums
• Preparation of various dashboards, compliance related reports, presentations as per defined frequency
• Good Communication Written & Verbal, able to deliver ad-hoc tasks as and when required
• Strong operational mindset with ability to manage multiple governance processes simultaneously
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills across functions and geographies
• Seamless client-facing maturity with ability to communicate complex compliance topics in a clear, business-friendly manner
• Follow-up through emails/calls towards closure of observations and NCs as appropriate and escalate if required
