Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Earned value metrics to program office and other stakeholders
- Hands on experience in software and hardware Product development Life cycle
- Should have hands-on experience on proposal preparation and submission
- Should have excellent written and verbal communication
- Should have experience working with cross functional teams and disciplines
- Experience working and collaborating with manufacturing and operations team would be a plus
- Familiarity with Aerospace (RTCA FAA) or Automotive design standards and techniques
- Proficient in MS Project Professional including resource loading and critical path analysis
- BE / B-Tech / ME / M-Tech or equivalent degree with experience in Product and Project Development
- 7 to 10 year overall experience with at least 4 to 5 years of project management experience preferably in safety critical systems like Aerospace/Automotive/Healthcare/Rail domain
- PMP / Agile Certification preferred
- Should be well versed with hands on key project management areas like Risk Management, procurement, Scope & Stakeholder management
- Knowledge on any product life cycle management tools
- Knowledge on reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI preferred
- Note: This will be an individual contributor role to execute and influence project team to achieve project goals
