Senior Lead Engineer _Avionics Software V & V

We are hiring a Senior Lead Engineer Avionics Software V&V with 12+ years of experience in safety-critical avionics software verification and DO-178B/C lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute DO-178B/C V&V activities for DAL A/B/C projects.
• Plan V&V activities, estimates, schedules, and team assignments.
• Develop/review HLR/LLR-based test cases, procedures, scripts, and results.
• Perform HSIT, LLRT, robustness testing, HIL/SIL, and structural coverage (MC/DC).
• Manage traceability, Problem Reports, regression testing, and technical reviews.
• Mentor V&V engineers and support SOI/certification audits.

Key Deliverables:

Test cases/procedures/results, traceability matrices, structural coverage reports, verification evidence, PR closure, SVR/SAS/SCI inputs, and certification packages.Skills: DO-178B/C, C/C++, Python, RTOS/Linux, MC/DC, VectorCAST/LDRA/RTRT, DOORS, Jira, Git/Bitbucket, technical leadership, and team management.
